Please be aware that even though we offer standard size frames, each frame is still made to order in the frame of your choice, therefore we cannot offer a refund on any correctly supplied items. This complies with the UK's distance selling regulations for goods made to order. However, if we have not started your order when you contact us then we will be happy to offer a refund. If your order has already been made to your specifications and is ready to dispatch then we cannot offer a refund for the reasons given above.

Each picture frame is hand-made to a high standard in our UK factory in Bedford by expert picture framers where accuracy and attention to detail are key, resulting in a high-quality picture frame to display your artwork, prints or precious photos. You can also purchase picture mounts separately to go with our standard size picture frames by going direct to our picture mounts page in our design studio.
All our picture frames come with a choice of glazing options including UV acrylic glazing. If you are collecting your frames from us in Bedford,
you may also choose to have your frame fitted with any of our glass options including clear glass, clarity glass, UV glass and anti-glare glass.
Each frame is supplied with a 2.5mm MDF backing board and comes with hanging fixings and cord for the back of the frame to enable you to hang the frame either way. Our 10"x8" and A4 picture frames are supplied with a stand strut back but can also be hung on the wall either way.
