Delivery Information
Please note: We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only.
All orders placed on this website are sent out in robust packaging with dpd Local. We charge a set price for delivery depending on your postcode area for any size parcel/s - please see below for our carriage charges. We do not use the Post Office for our deliveries as their charges are determined by the length, width, depth, and weight of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing how much this would be until the order is packaged and ready to send, which means we wouldn’t be able to calculate the exact cost of shipping when you place an order- hence why we don’t offer this option. Also, if we did use the Post Office for smaller packages it would mean a member of staff taking the item to the Post Office and being away from their job for up to 30 minutes, which really isn't cost effective for us for obvious reasons.

Dispatch information
All orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days. However this can stretch to up to 5 working days during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas. If your order is very urgent then please contact us first before placing an order. If you live local to Bedford and would like to collect your order from either our factory, or our shop, please choose this option at the check out. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Bear in mind that it might be easier to collect from our factory in London Road as you can park outside the door, so no parking fees!
One hour delivery time slot
We offer a one hour time slot for all UK deliveries which means you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel to arrive. When placing your order if you leave your mobile number with us you will be notified by text, which you can reply to if you want to re-book your delivery. If you did not leave a mobile number when you placed your order you will be notified by email. All notifications are sent out on the morning of your delivery day giving you your 1 hour time slot.
If the day and time slot is not convenient to you then you can re-book the delivery on a day that will suit you via text or email to DPD Local, however if you re-book the delivery date you cannot specify the hour.
All orders are delivered by DPD Local and will need a signature upon arrival. You will receive a text or email notification on the morning of delivery with details of tracking numbers and delivery window. You can also track you parcel within 15 minutes of your delivery time-slot.
Shipping charges
All shipping charges are calculated when you enter your postcode information at the checkout. All shipping charges include robust packaging materials. All our prices INCLUDE VAT.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
The delivery charges above are for up to two attempts to the delivery address supplied at the time of order. In some areas DPD will only attempt one delivery so please make sure you respond to your delivery email/text message regarding your delivery time slot. If delivery fails because you are not at home your order will be sent to a local pickup shop where you may collect it within the allotted timescale given by DPD on the email you will receive for them. Please note: You will incur further charges if your goods are returned to us because you didn't respond to the email/text messages, or if you gave the wrong address or postcode when placing your order. This will include a charge of £10.50 to relabel the parcel, a charge to return the parcel to us, and a further charge to send your parcel out again, the price will depend on where you live. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control. To avoid extra charges please make sure you respond to any communication from our courier promptly, and make sure you enter the correct address when checking out on our website. Further charges will also apply if you want to change the delivery address after we have dispatched your order.

To avoid any confusion our courier classes the following postcodes as either the Highlands or Islands of Scotland where they charge extra to deliver to these areas. This is for pricing purposes only and is not intended to be geographically correct. Unfortunately the extra charges are beyond our control.
Scottish Highlands £16.95 per delivery and includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH16-26, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands £16.95 per delivery and includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
