Do I have to make an appointment?
You don't have to make an appointment for passport photos but we ask you to come in after 9.30am and before 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and allow up to 15 minutes during busy periods. Baby passports can be taken on Monday-Friday ONLY.
What should I wear?
You can wear what you like but please avoid wearing white shirts or tops, or white outfits for babies as you will blend in with the white background. Please also avoid wearing hoodies.
