Due to the smartphone and for those that own one, which is no doubt around ninety-nine per cent of people in the country, we now have access to a camera at all times that we have the phone on our person. And how great is that? Just being able to take a photo, whether it be a selfie with your nearest and dearest, or a snap of your favourite flower, it's fantastic to be able to take a shot whenever you want to. On average, people have many hundreds of photos in their phone's digital album. These are great to look through and back on from time to time to remind oneself of happy times from the past, from city breaks, beach holidays, family gatherings and nights out with friends. There are usually plenty of fun memories to cherish. Out of these hundred and possibly thousands of photos, there are likely to be a small number that really stand out, ones that bring about a smile to your face.
How to frame the favourite photos from your smartphone
These favourite photos are way too good to be stuck hidden in your phone. They deserve to be shared with others so that they can see just how incredible they are as well. Not by sharing on social media, where the joy will last for merely a few seconds, or minutes at most, before people scroll onto the next image, but by printing, framing and displaying them in your home or in your office. This is something people rarely do, but by doing so, it enables you to view them more regularly, which hopefully will lead to a smile being brought to your face on a more regular basis, and other people, such as your friends, family, and work colleagues, will also be able to enjoy them.
From the favourite photos that you have digitally stored on your phone, it's then a case of deciding which ones you would like to print and frame. It could be that they are all so special that you want to include them all, but if you feel you would like to whittle them down from, say, fifty to twelve, then some tough decisions about what not to include will need to be made. It's best to go with what you consider to be the best quality images, ones which aren't blurry and ones that aren't poorly lit. You could choose photographs that are part of a theme, such as holidays, family parties, pets, and milestones. Then there are the shots that tell a story and the ones that provide the most joy; they are definitely worth including.
If the choosing of the photographs that you want to print and frame starts to become a chore, then a tip would be to decide on just one or two photos each day and then move on to do something else with your time. Breaking the task up in this way should make it an enjoyable one once again.
Once you have decided on the photos that you're going with, it's then a case of printing and framing them. There are a multitude of frames to choose from, which merely adds to the fun. Which photographs and frames will you choose?
